Two Xbox Accounts Under One Email. Cannot access my main Xbox Account Online

Usually that's not possible, but exists the possibility

First, how did you created this second account? I mean, the email used was a non-microsoft email? (gmail.com, etc)

Or you created first an outlook email and then you added your main email as an alias?

But you've most likely essentially closed one of the accounts as it's not possible to recreate Microsoft accounts of any domain.

You could try unlinking the "bad email" from your account settings

Thank you for the response. I was able to add an alias email to my xbox account, however my main problem is I cannot access the email of my original account. I have many accounts under that email and I need access to it in order to change the email.

On my Xbox i iave two accounts under one email so when i log in on something else there is no option to choose an account the new one has somehow turned into the main one.
