Two Week Communication Ban

Hello, i am requesting for my communication ban to be lifted preferably removed asap.. let me explain why. 11/2/18, just a few days ago I just got off a previous ban.. that lasted a week. But I fully accept that week ban because i deserved it for saying
the word i said. This one however, i did not deserve. Here's what happened. I was playing COD:BO4 and there was a kid named
[Mod Removed – Personal Information]on the other team, during the match he was constantly shooting and
[Mod Removed – Profanity] my body when he killed me, i ended up beating them ( him and his friend ) so i invited them to my game because they were good and it would be hard for us to lose. before he joins ( which he does end up
joining and we played like 4 games ) he said "needed a carry?" now to xbox this is nothing, but this is most certainly trash talk. He is calling me bad, implying im unable to win by myself, he thinks i invited him for a win, even though i beat him in the match
we played together. I was communication banned so i couldnt say anything, but the next day i got unbanned ( 11/2) i said this exactly "No.. felt bad for kicking your
[Mod Removed – Profanity] with a laughing face.. thought id carry you guys a bit" basically trying to repay them in wins for when i beat them..i was clearly joking repeating what he said.. and what i said is no different then what
he said, we had a short conversation, i also complimented his name because its very OG, and hes sitting there being an
[Mod Removed – Profanity] if he didnt want me to message him he just had to say something. I would like my ban to be removed please. I personally dont believe i said anything wrong, but if you guys truly feel I did, if thats the
case I do apologize, guess I need to keep to myself because people are too sensitive.. thank you for taking your time to review my appeal. Have a good day

The duration of my ban

Ok on the 1st i got a communication ban and on the 2nd i got a abuse and threat ban both of which were two weeks long and now the 2 weeks is over and the abuse and threat ban which prevented me from getting on xbox live is over but the communication ban
is over. And i am not able to make a case review because the option is gone since the ban is over. I just need to talk to somebody who can help me with this i should not be communication banned anymore. Thank you.

so i recently had a two week communication ban and it's over now. i can't read my messages still or send any, i still have all the things that the ban was doing and my ban is up. i also cant access the home xbox setting.

Hello, i tried that, i was getting asked very rediculous questions that no player would know, i understood the point of the questions is to see if your mature enough to pass it, but i got asked this true or false question like " purple avatars are okay.
they just look so cool" i said true.. i didnt even know what that was but its just a color so i didnt imagine anything about it was bad, and the answer was false so i used up all my appeals.. because i kept getting asked irrelevant questions .

 

For real I think everyone who reads your post is sure that you earned the ban !

How easily you're using words like [Mod Removed – Profanity] (or so) etc. isn't OK.

There is a difference between talking with your friends and the conversation online.

 

The answers to the questions can be found on the enforcement teams website and the code of conduct.

Normally if you miss to many questions you have to wait 24 hours before you can try to apply for a review again which will include the questionnaire so you may want to look at the enforcement teams website and read over it and the code of conduct.

The case review process is the only way to get the suspension looked at to get it taken off any sooner.

I would say what you got suspended for was the curse word you used when replying to him saying you felt sorry.

I AM NOT a part of the enforcement team but do know that curse words are against the code of conduct. and if reported are subject to a suspension.

 

Hi. The only place you are able to protest a ban is on enforecement. Which you have tried. There is no other method. However I dont think you have a case. The rules are pretty clear on what is not allowed. After having just received a ban you should
have been more careful. The band get larger again next time. You need to learn not to engage with trolls. Block them, dont engage. Ultimately it is your account you are putting at risk for the sake of having the last word.

I do understand what you mean, but I would say not to "trash talk" or use "Profanity"

(words that may degrade, or offend one another).

I recommend you attempt to fill out another case review
since there is a 24 Hour wait period until you can fill out another case.

Also, Please do not "Name and Shame" other users on a Forum post or thread.
