Discus and support two users in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm after some help. I had my profile up on xbox 1 now it is my sons profile and name that comes up when I sign in .is there a way that I can change it... Discussion in 'XBoX on Consoles' started by mcoop37, Apr 22, 2018.

    I'm after some help. I had my profile up on xbox 1 now it is my sons profile and name that comes up when I sign in .is there a way that I can change it back to mine?

    hello everyone, well this is my problem, for some reason it seems like i had a xbox account with my email (i honestly dont know how or why i made it.) anyways, i recently bought my first xbox and whenever i was setting it up it made me to create another
    xbox account, (21) and so i did, and i purchased a game with the account that i made in the xbox and also i got a xbox live subscription with the same account.

    Well lets now let that aside. now i have my computers with windows 8 and recently bought a nokia lumia 920 but when i sign in to the games app on these devices using my email address and it logs in into (AgreeingEye91)

    also if i go to another xbox and download the avatar from my email address, it will download (AgreeingEye91)

    my question now is how can i make default the account (21) instead of (AgreeingEye91) to my email address

    i already verified the the WLID is the same for 21 and AgreeingEye91, but ill contact them and let them know my issue, thanks.

    Hello joelcoopz It should be easy to get your name and sign in to come up first on your xbox when you have signed in go to the settings for the controller and set it so the controller is assigned to yourself to sign on then automatically it will show your
    account sign in ,if your son has gone into your profile you will need to go into it and take his name off it and secure it so that he cannot do that again .Reset, Change password if he knows it and use 2 step authorization ,Authenicator app on your mobile perhaps
    that should secure your account if he has got on to it and changed things on it , I hope that answers your question.

    Oh I see. I'm not sure how you managed to set up two accounts on one email. Except you were playing on the Xbox 360. However right now you can't access both accounts from one email.

    Go to Xbox.com and sign in with the email, that will show you the gamertag attached to the account and that's the only one that can be used to play to my knowledge. The other one can't be transferred unfortunately.

    Someone should feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

    To my understanding, the accounts are new? What stuffs don't you want them to lose exactly?
