Two separate insider accounts, two different boxes, all settings the same, only one can stream.

The Xbox One can share a gold subscription, but only on the same console. If they're playing on two different consoles with two different accounts, you would need a separate gold subscription.

Netflix didn't add anything. They separated in to two different services. Netflix now only does streaming. And the new disc rental service Quickster, does movies and games. If you want streaming and discs, you have to have an account for each service. And
since I already have two accounts to handle my game rentals and movie streaming, there is no need to change anything.

I am in the same boat... My husband and I have two xbox Ones and are experiencing the same exact issue. Our router is not port forwarded, it just lets whoever turns their box on first get an open NAT and the other one gets stuck with the strict. Really
wish there was any easy fix for this! The only permanent solution I can think of is getting the cable company to wire me up a separate drop from the tap with a separate modem provisioned to a separate account.. Only problem with that is the $$$ and having
to convince them to set up another account for the same address. I know there has to be an easier answer, I mean this is what routers are for after all right?

Using the account, you can only be signed into Xbox LIVE from one console. Not two at the same time, I'm afraid. The account can be used on two separate consoles if you're not signed into Xbox LIVE, though.
