Two Rainbow 6 xbox 360 games promotion no longer in messages

Hello, I was unable to redeem the codes I was messaged from Xbox live for the two Rainbow 6 games that came with my purchase of Rainbow 6 Siege, due to not being able to see the messages anymore. Is there a way for me to get those messages back?

Rainbow 6 Seige Promotion.

I purchased Rainbow 6 Seige a few days ago and in the description on the Xbox Live Marketplace it mentioned that the codes for the Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 & 2 would be included in the purchase. I still haven't received any codes and it's now no longer mentioned
as an added extra. Has this promotion been changed recently and if so, will I still receive the codes for those games?

Lost Codes For Rainbow 6 Siege Pre-order.

To get these codes, I had to pre-order Rainbow 6 Siege. The codes were for Rainbow 6 Vegas 1 and 2. I purchased Rainbow 6 siege on Sept 24th 2015. I was sent a message containing the codes and never used them. I went into my messages and was going to finally
use them but they were no longer there.

The promotion is supposed to give you redemption codes for both rainbow six Vegas and rainbow six Vegas 2 for Xbox 360. While I received two separate messages (one for each game) the codes were the same and actually only applied for rainbow six vegas; I
checked the store and it shows rainbow six vegas already purchased but not rainbow six vegas 2. So the message I received for rainbow six Vegas 2 is missing a valid redemption code. How do I resolve this? I contacted customer support and they provided me with
a link that directed me here.
