    Two questions about achievements and special offers


    1, Say I've spent more than the threshold to trigger Phase 1 of a monthly reward, but obviously it hasn't shown up quite yet because of the lag in processing. Can I immediately go after the achievements in the eligible content and have them trigger, or
    do I have to wait for phase 1 to show as pending?

    2. If I already own eligible content for the offer AND have spent enough to trigger phase 1, can I also get achievements for previously purchased eligible titles as well, or only newly purchased?

    I was never given my beta rewards from the Gears of War 4 beta I exceeded level 20 and opened the Vintage Kait pack but when the full game came out I never got my Vintage Kait rewards. I have been dealing with this issue for days now and am losing my patience
    I have contacted Xbox support on twitter and on here and they both told me to make a post on the forums but no one ever responds.

    We do not award Credits for achievements, unless as part of a special offer. Currently, there are no offers for achievements.

    Any achievements earned in titles purchased for this offer will go towards this offer. Once processing has completed on your purchases, it will then go after tracking down achievements for the related purchases.

    As stated in the FAQ, only achievements earned in your purchases towards this offer are eligible for the offer:

    • Level 2: No Losers at the Dinner Table (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) — Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

    You are talking about two seperate promotions. The 10 year offer gave CERTAIN people a code for a ten year helmet. Not all members received this. The specializations which you reference in your title is for the game Halo 4, so I think you are confusing the
