    Two players on human fall flat


    We have bought human fall flat for our Xbox one, which is connected to our TV. We bought it virtually from the online store. We cannot get another player on and get it to go into split screen. My son pressed lots of buttons on the xbox controller and managed
    to get on once but we have no idea how that worked and we haven't been able to do it again. We are tearing our hair out. I have done searches on google and youtube and there are only answers to this question for those using steam or ps4, which I expect will
    not have any similarity to the xbox one version.

    I was taking a look at this game and saw that it has local and online multiplayer feature, with split screen function too, so you probably need to enable something in the game settings to enable multiplayer

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums. I'd be happy to help.

    You need to have two Xbox profiles signed in and linked to a controller for a split-screen game to recognize two players. You can also add a guest from the Sign in tab when pressing the Xbox button and then scrolling to the far left when the guide
    pulls up. However, it's best to have an account for your son and an account for yourself on the console set up in a Microsoft Family. If you already have two accounts on the console just sign in to both and then turn on the controllers. If an account is not
    linked to a controller, the Xbox menu should pull up for the controller to choose the account they are going to play as.

    Sign in to two profiles and link them to each respective controller and then try loading up the split-screen mode in Human Fall Flat. Let us know if you have any other questions!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    It sounds like there could be a conflict with IP address's or something network related. Are you both using the same network? What does the Xbox Live test show under Settings>Gaming?

    Have you made sure that Windows and the Microsoft Store is up to date? I would also run the troubleshooter to find any issues Start button, and then select Settings >
    Update & Security >
    Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
