Hi

I'm not able to purchase anything from marketplace. In
https://commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub in can find two personal accout;s. First - GB and second - PL. How can I delete first one? Jakub

Update account to receive deposit?

The site says I have to update my Microsoft Commerce account to receive the deposit.

I have two types of account: Personal and Business.

I don't know why I have an business account, since I only use the personal account.

My personal account have valid information and is up to date.

Trying to transfer Content( Downloaded games) from one account on my xbox to another.

hi, I recently got a new xbox. On it there are two accounts, which i have acess to. However neither is my personal account. The accounts have content which was downloaded and i wish to transfer it to my personal account

Did you recently migrate your account? You might have that problem when you migrate the account and have credit cards on the PL account and try to purchase content on your GB account. You might have a problem with your account and might need to contact support.
When you try to purchase something do you see the transaction in pounds (£) or złoty?

Keep reporting him every time you receive something from one of his accounts, and report the account that its sent from, if he keep breaking the rules of xbox live then bans will become worse. follow everything set out here https://enforcement.xbox.com/home/howto
and don't engage or retaliate as this could cause yourself to break the xbox live code of conduct and get yourself banned.

Hi, report the gamertag that is being used to send the messages, and then block it. You should block his main account too, that way you won't get any messages from him. Instructions how to report/block can be found in the how to section of enforcement.xbox.com
