Go to your microsoft account and verify your payments. Find the one you havent made and make a claim for a refund.

Xbox Refund Request and give them the information about the transaction. The webform will ask you for an order number so you'll have to go to the account that made the purchases Microsoft

No one else has access to my card and when the payments were made my card was with me out of the house.

Please go to your account order history to double check if you really have made two payments for your subscription renewal. You can check that through https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. If you only see one payment, most likely the charge you got yesterday was for your renewal on 17th of May.
