Two part question.

So here I am, not having my xbox turned on for over a week and I get a message from Xbox Live via an email.

I have been communication banned.

I am livid, my xbox hasn't turned on in over a week and I got banned. I try and reverse the ban...

You can only do that from a special website that isn't working, and then when it does work you have to answer a series of questions before you can even have your issue looked at. Then even if it was the case they wouldn't overturn it anyway.

Is there a way to over turn this without having the corrupt XLET do something or is that the only way?

If it is the only way, who do I contact while forming a class action lawsuit against xbox?

Sorry to hear you have run into this issue with an account / communications suspension.

Unfortunately we do not have any information regarding any enforcement action, In this case I would advise logging into the
Enforcement Website to pull up more information and to submit a Case Review

No one in support nor these forums can do anything about it as Enforcement is it's own entity.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and the only way to contact them is through the enforcement site. Investigations can take time so the ban could be for something that took places days or weeks ago, it just so happened to
be enforced while you were not using the console.
