two of my xbox account have been permanently banned in the last three months for nothing

hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.

I NEED HELP TOO! I am a musician, I have been in Europe the last 5 months on tour... I come home to find out my account was banned for a communication function as well. My account must have been hacked, because I dont even have a microphone, nor do I ever

You've been suspended 8 times before so you are lucky it's not a permanent ban.

A 3 month suspension is your last chance.

In the past you probably would of been permanently banned by now.

As the others have said,freedom of speech does not apply to xbox live.

I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.
