Two of my DLCs claim I no longer own them?

I own the Big Score edition of Payday 2. Recently I tried to boot the game up and noticed that a couple of the characters had been uninstalled. I didn’t take it as much of a big deal, until I checked what was installed. Not only were the two packs uninstalled, they were completely MISSING. They were no longer under my owned add ons, and when I look for them in the store I have to purchase them all over again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When did it start to happen? I ask because two days ago Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

Their servers are still getting back to normal and some users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again?

If problem still persists after a few hours, please let me know on what device you're playing.

Probably the server issue is causing it.

Thank you! I only just noticed the problem today, so it may be likely that the server issue is the cause of this. If it doesn’t fix itself in a couple days, I’ll see what else I can do.

Were the games on the console when you bought it or did they come as a code? Consoles don't come with games pre-loaded, they would have had to be redeemed on an account. If you're not using the account that redeemed the codes, you wouldn't own the games. In that case, you would need to buy the games in order to own them.

Hi, yes I am using the same account - the strange thing is I can still play the DLCs on the 360 yet my account no longer recognises I own them. I’ll contact support as you suggest in the morning - I’m in the UK and it’s late evening for me now. Thanks for
your help, it’s really baffling me.

edited to add: there are two points purchases on my account with no details - do you think these could these be the missing DLC purchases?
