    Hello,

    somehow I made this, I have one account on one email with gamertag where I have all my saves but with no subscription, I am signed in windows xbox app. Yet I am able to play with that account. Then I have another ms account used in store where I have active
    xbox pass subscription, but to that account is assosiated totally different gamertag. Is there a way how to transfer my gamertag with saves to account with active subscription ? Or should I suck it up and close subscription plan and make new on ms account
    associated to that gamertag ?

    The thing is I have one account used in xbox live and another in windows store where I bought subscription. Somehow you system allows me to play with gamertag account that doesnt have active subscription.

    Is there a way how to merge those two accounts ? I dont want to lose my saves, yet I cannot play with that account on another device because it doesnt have active subscription.

    Why does micrososft let me to have saves on one account and play using subscription from another ?

    go to
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Select Billing & accounts in the category area

    Select See other options

    Select How to protect my account

    Select Show contact options

    Select Request a call from Support
