    Two issues the solitaire games will not let me sign in to save my progress. And the Jigsaw has two daily puzzles that will not load. I can sign into both Jigsaw and Sudoku automatically. Sudoku is fine.

    The extra social tab is gone, but I cannot find the YouTube app on the App Marketplace.

    Try clearing your cache to see if that clears out the extra social tab.

    As for the youtube app, go to Apps Marketplace and it should be under the video section.

    We definitely understand the frustration and we have a few things for you to check out.

    Keep in mind when someone follows you blocking should prevent them from seeing any content you post, but there is not currently a way to prevent someone from following your account if you have not blocked them.

    If you would like your account to be a private account we suggest changing your
    privacy settings.

    If you would like to see changes in how the privacy settings work on the console we definitely suggest posting in on the
    User Voice!

    Two controller issues ..

    I don't have a Day One edition but I am having problems with the right stick being stuck in place. First it was sticking bottom and bottom left. It grinds real bad also. I centered it, now it gets stuck up and upper right. Still grinds. I have only had the
    damn thing 19 days and have had very minimal use. Fortunately you can send it back and get a replacement however, you have to pay for shipping. Hope that helps. You can find out how to send it in here
