Two home Xboxes?

Although you can only have one console set as your home xbox, you can still have your profile signed on the second xbox and since you already have gamepass ultimate, making both consoles home xbox won't make a difference because home xbox is used if you didn't have gamepass ultimate but the subscription is tied to your profile so even if you make only one console home xbox, it has no bearing on your internet speed. Your internet speed will be more or less the same with or without home xbox.
