Two Gamertags???

Discus and support Two Gamertags??? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I really got into Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy so I decided to change my Gamertag, RP1 PARZIVAL to Lord 0f Stars while I was on my 360 a few nights...     Two Gamertags???


    I really got into Marvels Guardians of the Galaxy so I decided to change my Gamertag, RP1 PARZIVAL to Lord 0f Stars while I was on my 360 a few nights ago. Later on when I logged into my Series X, it now has both listed. As RP1 PARZIVAL, and Lord 0f Stars right below it and slightly smaller. I've tried logging out and back in. Removing the profile and rebooting, redownloading and it's still the same. It's been passed the 48 hour GT change time. Any ideas? Xbox support was no help, all they can see is the Correct GT (Lord 0f Stars) on their end.

    Try this on your console! Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

    Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select Advanced Settings.

    Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

    Select Clear.

    Allow the console to restart when prompted.

    Yes I have but it still shows both gamertags. I have tried re-downloading my profile on Xbox numerous times and restarting my console but it doesn’t do anything

    Hi there welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried logging off and logging into the app to see if it updates?
