Two enforcement bans for (communication) in less than 48hours. And I don't understand why...

The enforcement team don't use the forums so there is nothing anyone here or at xbox support can do or tell you.

I know it's not what you want to hear but there really isn't anything else anyone on the forums can tell you.

Exactly where is the awareness of this situation? Obviously happening to multiple people does Microsoft not see this, do they not understand what's going on, do they not care? Like come on we need better support immediately before someone account does
get BANNED!! I'm confused why where left in the dark like this?

Well, it seems easy to solve. But not that simple for someone without complete domain of the english language. Which is my case. I'm Brazilian. Look, I speak english. But I'm not native. Some questions there are quite doubtful. If you guys have any influence
on the company (I'm not saying that you guys don't), please give that case to someone on the company hierarchy to work on a solution. I haven't found other channel to get support on this case. The way the MS and Enforcement Team are dealing with this situation
must be improved. It's causing problems. And we both must agree that an unsolved problem today, might cause future damages, not only for the customer but for the company.

I know I'm only a "player". But we all know that all of it (the community) is made of people.

I really ask you from the bottom of my heart. Please, send it to someone you know on the company that can look into my case.

It makes no sense to fill out questionnaires instead of getting in actual contact with the enforcement team because if these bans are false they're still on your account ban history so every time you get another one it gets worse and worse until you actually
get permanently banned especially if you have a lot of digital games with a lot of progress or a long time account. Some one has to get in contact with someone at microsoft.

Something is differently wrong on Microsoft end and they need to resolve this issue promptly. I feel they our not understanding us and what is really going on here. I feel they don't see that something may be wrong on there end. Same thing is happening
to me at the moment it happened to 3 of my accounts now back to back and it's happening immediately. It's very frustrating especially when your a innocent gamer. We have no support or insight on this situation and we can't even simply get instant help or feedback
on this situation that is Microsoft fault I do believe. I just find this whole situation ridiculous and we can't even get help so what do we do? Especially when it keeps happening how do we get it so STOP.
