Two devices in the house live subscription cancelled when brought a second device

When you change home consoles, all device licenses for digital content will move to your new home Xbox. These device licenses will no longer be available on your previous home Xbox. In other words, when you switch your home Xbox, access to your content
comes with you to your new home Xbox, and anyone signed in can enjoy it. Your previous home Xbox will still give your friends and family access to your stuff when you’re signed in to it.

Have you tried checking if your network has a second access point device that is in NAT mode? Because normally when a double NAT is detected its because two devices on the network are in NAT mode and the second device should be put
in Bridge mode instead.

That's great but I've tried and I can't get past the entering my phone number as it always says "something went wrong"

Am fed up of this nonsense. I only wany what I'm paying for back. I just want to speak to someone. Phone or Web chat I don't care. Nothing works. Should be called Customer no service
