    Two day communication ban seemingly without reason


    Hello, I would first like to make it clear that I am not mad this has happened and I dont expect anything other than an explanation because this has made me confused.

    I had a comm. ban for 2 days because of something I allegedly said? I find that strange because I am a very boring and well-mannered person that does not stoop so low as to use any slurs out of anger. I usually make cheeky remarks that can annoy another
    person whenever I am "mad". Would me calling another player "trash" be considered a punishable offense? Because if so then I bet that would be the reason why I got the comm. ban. I just dont think calling someone a "noob" and "trash" is extreme enough to enforce
    a ban of two days on my account. Could anyone please enlighten me as to what I've said? Because I know myself, and there is no way I wouldve said hurtful stuff like "[Mod Removed] or whatever else

    The enforcement team do not use these forums. They can only be addressed via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if you are eligible.

    Yes it can be considered as punishable to use such words. It is all down to context and how the other gamer sees it and whether they decide to report you. It is best to not send any type of trash talking messages.

    I do not know how the banning system works on Xbox, I have a friend who received a 3-week punishment without communication and at the end of the period (in which he did not juice) he received a new two-week ban without any reason.
