    Two acounts one email?


    My xbox acount is not linked to my microsoft account anymore and when I tried to log In. it created a new xbox profile so now I have two acouts registered under one email Apparently this should be imposible how do I fix this.

    So is there nothing i can do to get access to the acount? Cause thats the main one i use for everything. Thats the whole reason i changed the primary email adress was so i could use my one email for all my acounts

    Hello again, usually in account info, if you have one more email associated for the entry into your account is because you added an alias.

    All it lists is my email as (primary Alias). I'm still not sure how to change that

    Hey guys! When you go on your child account and try to change the WLID it will ask you for your parent's WLID and password to authorize the change. If your parent doesn't remember their log in information, have them check this page (forums.xbox.com/.../153168.aspx).
