    Twitch streaming xbox one - extreme lag


    Is anyone else getting extreme lag trying to broadcast with the twitch app?

    Games have become unplayable when broadcasting on medium setting. on low settings games are barely playable!

    i can stream on highest quality without issues on ps4.

    whats going on? Is it my xbox?

    Twitch streaming xbox one - extreme lag

    Are you using wireless or wired?

    If using wireless try logging into the router settings and changing the wifi channel.

    Im using Wired and im getting extreme lag on TF, to the point its unplayable. and i know i can stream because i do it on my PC and PS4 just fine.

    Try lowering the upstream recommendation if that helps

    it's not worth watching, you get banned for saying anything reasonable such as "it's not the xbox lagging, it's the twitch stream." they are tools for sure without half the upload u need for a solid stream.
