Twitch Streaming | IP conflict | 12mbps upload speed but can only stream at low quality?

Hi guys,

So for the last couple of months i have had huge amounts of issue with my xbox one regarding streaming to twitch. I got my xbox one back in september and had no issue what so ever until i got myself a ps4 afew months back. I either get really bad game lag,
lots of buffer on my stream, mod nat type or a message on my pc saying something about ip conflict. I have rang my internet provider (virgin media) and they have done port forwarding and all for me and still nothing has fixed it. I have been told by a friend
that i may need to get a gaming router? I was even told this by a guy from virgin media. I have the virgin media superhub 2 router with 200mbps download and 12mbps upload speed.

If anyone could guide me in the right direction i would appeciate it so much.

INTERNET SPEED FOR CONSTANT STREAMERS!

What kind of Internet download and upload speeds do you have, and what is the number of users active on the internet do you have at one time?

I want to flawlessly stream my games on twitch while my roommates are also streaming or watching Netflix.

Please provide the following

DVI 640x480, Twitch, Snap apps, playing games Problems or bug's

Hi, am i the only one having problems with DVI 640x480 when playing a game while snapped, it bug's out heaps twitch streaming, you can not see the chat when streaming you have too unsnap to play and it 480p is the only way with aussies streaming
on twitch if you have adsl2+ i can stream on 480p but do not have the upload to steam in 720p i have to wait another year for NBN to come out in my area but till then it would be good to be able to stream. using kinect on twitch you can not see the preview
either so Microsoft could you please fix this so i can stream but it would be more easy on Xbox one my twitch Chilled_Morgul streaming in 480p proof thanks in Advance,

If the issues started when you added another console (of any sort) to the network, then most likely the router (or gateway) you are using does not support a proper Open NAT on multiple consoles. You can check and see if that's the case here:

You'll need to get the brand/model off the equipment (Virgin Media will have their stamp on it too, but need to find out who manufactures it)

I dont wanna move to twitch because the quality is terrible even with my 10mb upload speed i still get laggy streams even on 480p

If you want to make youtube quality videos... BUY AN ACTUAL CAPTURE DEVICE.. seriously... 5 minutes is good enough for the masses...

want to capture more than 5 minutes on low quality raw feed? start streaming on twitch and archive your streams... grab them from your twitch channel or settings..

Live streaming for me will be not very good or at a very low res on twitch. I get .85 upload

I really prefer mixer, I have never liked twitch since the beginning. The streams are always terrible, not sure if its due to my location. Struggles to stream low quality, where on mixer I can stream 4k no problems. I think mixer would become more popular
if they added more platforms and apps.
