Twitch streaming causing lag in game

I even put it on low quality but im experiencing lag in game.

any solutions to this?

Streaming interrupted

I'm not sure what the root of the problem with streaming lag is, mostly because I think there could be a lot of reasons for it. It could be equipment that you're running through, your Internet speed, your broadband-width, the game itself, the site you're streaming to (commonly Twitch), etc. My hubby was on a streaming kick for a long time and built up a nice collection of (expensive) equipment -- a custom-built PC, an El Gado to stream through, etc. He streamed to Twitch and had more than a hundred followers in just a few weeks' time. Still, we couldn't get rid of the lag issue and, combined with data-cap overages from Comcast, we had to hang it up.

Game DVR lags game streaming

On both The xbox app and Xbox beta, game DVR causing streaming to lag heavily. This has only started since the last update and the lag goes away when I turn game DVR off. My computer has no problems during streaming with ram or cpu usage. What are alternative
apps I can use for recording that will allow me to upload to xbox live.

Probably your connection cannot handle both well, the viable solution is to probably upgrade your internet service. Streaming needs a good amount of upload bandwidth, how much do you have?

I used to stream of mixer bc of chat on screen but twitch is better if u want to make money and it causes less lag.

Same here game lags out and or freezes took me 20 min just to load the twitch app. Have reset my console about 3 times to fix with no resolution. This does it on any game. Trying to stream Ghost or BF4 is impossible and after 20 min of loading time for
the app and run the broadcast it make system stability go out the window. It causes some serios lag or freezes or stops working.

it's not worth watching, you get banned for saying anything reasonable such as "it's not the xbox lagging, it's the twitch stream." they are tools for sure without half the upload u need for a solid stream.

Was wondering that as well cause my twitch app looks the same. On the release notes for yesterday tho it said the twitch streaming was coming with the march 4th update, guess they need to fix the notes cause its not
