Twitch cricket sound while streaming

Thanks for the report. As per your description, you are hearing cricket sound while streaming on Twitch. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

We would like to further isolate your concern please provide us details about this:

1. Are you part of Xbox Insider?
   
2. May we know if you have reported this issue to Twitch support?
   
3. Do you hear the cricket sound while playing any game or streaming videos?
   

For troubleshooting, please try:

Stream videos or music on other apps or website, check if cricket sound is audible.

Try another headset and see if the cricket sound is audible. You may mute your microphone too to see if issue happens.

Remove or disconnect headset and allow audio to be outputted on TV speakers.

Powercycle Console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I'll try it but I'm 100% sure that it won't work. This is happening to many people in the forum and Xbox is taling for ever to fix this issue.
