    Twitch black screen


    I get a black screen when trying to watch twitch. The thumbnails from the game screen works but when I launch twitch the comments are updating but I cant see the video. This was working previously but had broken since the last update. I have tried full
    reboot including modem. Tried reinstalling twitch. Still no luck.

    Twitch streams are just showing a black screen after last update.

    I have this same problem; I believe Twitch is doing updates. Twitch was giving the black screen everytime I tried to broadcast.

    Hey, guys! Sorry to see that Twitch is launching to a black screen for you. I've got reports that this should be resolved. If you are still experiencing this, please try these steps in the following order:

    • Uninstall the Twitch app
    • Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts off
    • Turn console back on and install the app again
    • Try to launch the app
    If the issue still persists after that, please post back here so that we can look into it further! Twitch black screen :)

    This seems to have worked for me! Tried all sorts over the weekend but this did the trick. Thanks for the help!
