charged twice for one game?

hello I purchased the game ark in the xbox live store today and I had two emails telling me I the payment was made I checked my account and it looks like I have been charged twice for the one game.

no payments are showing up in my bank yet so could you please confirm that I have not been charged twice.

Double payment on Xbox live gold membership

I recently accidentally put through my purchase for 12 months of Gold membership twice (I did not think it had gone through the first time).

It has charged me twice and I was wondering how I could go about getting a refund for one of the purchases. I have evidence of two payments within both my xbox account and my bank account

I bought the game through marketplace on my laptop. But on my xbox one s it is not showing. In store it is again asking me to buy the game.

Speak too xbox customer services and explain too them that you have been charged twice for the purchase of one item and request a refund of them for one of the payments and they should be able too guide you through the process.

Yes, our refund policy actually changed about a year ago.

It went from agent's being able to provide refunds to (customer's) having to request the refund through the online webform.

We look forward to hearing back from you.
