    Go to https://commerce.microsoft.com and you will be able to view your payment options, select Microsoft Account and you will be able to view when it expires. Bear in mind that different
    portions of it can expire at different times.

    When you make any payment, the service will automatically deduct the portion that deducts soonest.

    Also something I found out, every time i updated my payment options, a small fee was deducted (2 inr ), so it's really frustrating how i can't get authorization for gold membership, but money can be deducted.
