  1. TV volume increases to max when contoller connects

I have a Wireless controller Series X that I use for cloud gaming with a Samsung TV model S95B.

Most of the times, as soon as the controller connects to the TV via Bluetooth, the TV volume moves from whatever it was to 100% as if the volume + button has been pushed and held down. Sometimes even when the controller is not in use, as long as it is turned on, and is connected, the issue does occur.

I have had Samsung support checkout the TV, they have replaced the board but this didn't resolve the issue. I have reset the TV to factory a few times and its software is upto date.

The Xbox controller firmware is also upto date.

    :)

Samsung will need to release a brand new update to resolve this, it won't be a problem with the controller itself; it's a problem with how the TV is interpreting the controller inputs, which can only be changed on Samsung's end in an update.

Hi Wenceslaus. My name is Kyle and I'm happy to help.

This would be a firmware issue on Samsung's end, so I advise getting back in touch with them for further help with this; they'd have to fix it in a software update for your TV.

    Hi Kyle,

Thanks for your response. My TV automatically updates its software and I have verified that it has the latest. Like I have said, Samsung has sent a technician to look at the TV and determined that it is the controller that has malfunctioned. A new board was installed in the TV without a positive result.
