Tv shows back screen

I'm afraid it is a TV issue, yes.

I tried all of these. The screen remains black. I went to the other tv and I saw the troubleshoot menu and followed it. Plugged it back into the tv, still no luck. TV issue?

If your TV screen remains blank or black when you start your Xbox console, first check your connection.

- Confirm that both your TV and Xbox console is turned on.

- Check that your TV is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).

- Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV are secure.

- Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV" port on the console.

- Try plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

- Power cycle your Xbox console: Press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turn it on again.

If you already tried those steps, kindly try this;

-Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection then power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

-Wait 30 seconds.

-Plug the power cord back in.

-Press and hold the BIND button (the one used to sync controllers) and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox Power button on the console.

-Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds and listen for two power-up tones a couple of seconds apart.

-Once you hear the 2nd tone please release the button.

-If this is successful the Xbox will turn on and should start and show the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. On the Troubleshooter page, please select Reset this Xbox and then choose "Keep games and apps".

I played around more and found out it works on the tv after being factory reset, but then stopped working less than 5 minutes later. Any idea?

All you do is plug the HDMI from your PC into the HDMI IN port on the back of the console and it will show up as TV on your Xbox One (ie, "Xbox, go to TV" will show you your laptop screen).
