    My Xbox seems to have a lag when I'm using to to watch TV streaming apps like spectrum and the discovery plus app. It also will have a lag while playing games I do a hard reset on the Xbox it seems to help but only temporarily any tips are much appreciated

    As Delentheus stated it all adds up.The controller lag, processing lag, frame lag and TV lag adds on top of human lag.

    [/quote]I have noticed input lag on many TVs, particularly DLPs and lower end LCDs. The human response time just compounds TVs input lag.

    Input lag is quite noticeable on some tvs. Its when you move the joystick and there is a slight (# of milliseconds) delay that really screws you up playing fpshooters. The more processing of the picture the tv does, the more lag, Game mode bypasses the extra
    processing, but some tvs still have noticeable lag.

    Make sure the tv has been tested there. Nothing worse than a TV that has display lag (processing lag) above 50ms. My wife's TV had over 100ms with no game mode either!
