Turtle Beaches x12 on Xbox One

    Turtle Beaches x12 on Xbox One


    So I have the Xbox 360 Turtle Beaches X12’s and I bought the adapter to use on my Xbox One. I had it all set up on another Tv and everything worked fine. I could control the game volume and chat volume using both the controls on the adapter itself, and on
    the the little rectangular piece that’s on the wire of the actual head set. I could control bass boost and everything. Bu now that I moved and I set it up on a new tv, I can only control the chat and game volume on the adapter and no longer on the controls
    on the headset. What’s weird is that when I turn the chat volume up and down on the headset, it turns the game and chat volume down at the same time and the sound quality is terrible. Could anyone explain to me why it was working before but now it’s not?
