    Turtle Beach Stealth 700 stopped working


    orked fine for the past year+ , then suddenly didn't work starting last night. I have :

    -reset the router

    -reset the xbox one

    -tried to pair with the controller

    -tried to pair with the xbox one.

    The headphones will connect right away with my computer and cell phone- but the xbox one doesn't 'see' them.

    There might be something wrong with the 3.5mm jack on your controller. Do you have an adapter or another controller to test it on?

    Or is this the headset that you connect using a USB to your Xbox? If it is did you try a different port on the Xbox or try to connect it to the controller using a wire for the 3.5mm jack?

    Are they serious? He has told you they are wireless, connecting with a 3.5mm jack does not answer the question of why the system will pair with the headset and then out of nowhere stop working. A real read and response would be nice.

    The controller is wireless, the headset is wireless- bluetooth. The headset has worked fine for almost two years, but after the update yesterday to call of duty it does not work anymore.

    Hiya,

    I had almost the same issues with my Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and come to find out the firmware needed to be updated. Here is a link to the Audio Hub Software to install into your computer. You'll need to connect the headset to your computer via a USB
    cable.
