    Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB Black acting as controller


    Hi I have a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB Black. When you plug the USB in to give the headset connection, it then acts as a controller in game. For example, I play EA24 and I cannot click into a game because the Xbox thinks the USB is a controller.

    Thank you for your update.

    Since you're using a wireless headset with a USB dongle plugged in to your Xbox console. You may contact with the manufacturer of your headset if its compatible with Xbox console.

    If the headset is compatible with Xbox console you may ask them to get a headset driver that will connect to Xbox console or update the firmware version/driver of the headset.

    My headset is not wired. Here is the wireless product.

    As mentioned, when you put the USB in the Xbox, it thinks it is a controller which then blocks my wireless controller from working.

    Please advise.
