    Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 and Xbox One - sound clipping


    I purchased a Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 headset 2 days ago. I have it paired to my Xbox One console. I am just getting constant audio clipping when using the headset to the point where it is practically unusable.

    I have performed a power cycle reset of the console and there are no available updates for it. I have updated the headset to the latest firmware and restored all settings. I have also unpaired and re-paired multiple times, but still no different.

    Any advice? I guess the next step is to do a full factory reset of the console which I would like to avoid if possible.

    Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 not working.

    The headset is a Turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 which does not have bluetooth support.
    The stealth 700 is the one with bluetooth.

    Can you confirm that the chopping does not occur when the headset is plugged into the controller? Also, have you contacted the manufacturer's support just in case they have any troubleshooting steps?
