    I have bought a new Xbox one controller 1 and a half weeks ago. I first heard the buzzing when I connected my headset to the controller. I thought the controller was broken and I got another Controller. When I plugged it in I heard the buzzing noise. When
    I lower the mic monitoring it gets better but I can still hear it. I have been looking all around in the XBOX forums and even Reddit. Please help me so I can get back to playing and seeing videos without a headache.

    Turtle Beach Recon 50X headsets not working

    I have the turtle beach elite x800 headset and you have to set them up exactly as turtle beach says in the guide. Here is the guide for your headset:

    I have tested others, the controller I was using before that was secondhand which has now broken worked no problem with no static.

    is there something on the back of the package that would clue me in on of game volume will be available before I blow money on another one?
    You'll never get any game volume/audio on the Turtle Beach Chat Recon Headset, its for chat only,

    For chat and game audio you need something like the Turtle Beach Recon 50X Headset.
