    Turtle Beach Headset Adaptor not working with Series X


    Ive owned my Series X since December 2020 and so far all has been fine and working great. But suddenly today i accidentally spilt some milk on my controller and my adapter and now ive tried using the adaptor and i no longer can hear any sound or anything through my headset on this adaptor. My headset still works perfect on my phone and pc. I also tried updating my controller to see if that was it but it said i needed a usb cable and i dont have one of them to update it. Restarting it also did nothing.

    Any solutions would be really appreciated

    @Bird, that article says that turtle beach will be supported, it doesn't say anything about current turtle beach though. The Xbox one uses a completely different port and current headsets will not work for voice unless someone comes out with an adaptor

    When you spilt the milk on the adapter, it could've landed on this device adapter it-self. Not only that, but it could be different with other devices depending on what got splashed on. The controller probably got milk in it by the way. So its probably the controller
