    Turning off closed captions on NFL Fantasy Football App


    How do you turn closed captions off on the NFL app? They go right over the scoreboard and down/distance marker! I've gone to system settings-display...but closed captions is missing. I've turned off captions in Netflix, Youtube and every other video app
    that could have them. I've cleared my cache, downloaded my profile again and run initial setup. Still the closed captions cover the corner of the screen! Twitter and chat support offered 0 solutions and NFL support has had me holding for 15 minutes without
    even replying. Can anyone help?

    Hey everyone!

    You should now be able to setup your Yahoo Fantasy Football account on the Xbox One NFL app. You can login with your Yahoo Fantasy account by completing the following steps:

    • From the Home screen on your Xbox One console, navigate to My Games & Apps.
    • Under the Apps tab, select the NFL app.
    • Launch the NFL app and press the Menu button.
    • Press Y for settings and scroll down to Fantasy.
    • Select Fantasy and then select Yahoo.
    If you have any further inquires regarding Fantasy on the NFL app, feel free to reach out to NFL Support for further assistance. Thanks in advance!

    PBS app never finds server

    The closed caption setting is on the "me" menu. Turned it off and the app works again. Thanks to jdizzly7!

    Can't turn off closed captions

    Okay I think I found a fix. Go into the Youtube App in Xbox 360 and find a video with closed captions. I just searched "closed caption" and chose the first video. Closed captions automatically came on, so I pressed "A" and went to "CC" on the option bar
    and clicked to turn captions off.

    Went into Gamecenter Live and the captions were gone!
