turning off action narration during movie

Can anyone tell me how to or even how my Spiderman homecoming purchase is narrating the action, not subtitles but actual narration never had that come on or do that ever...any clues?

This may help assuming this is what you are referring to but you may need to be more specific.

If not, most DVDs and Blu-Rays have the ability to toggle on or off their accessibility settings in the main menu. If you're not using a physical disc, try to find the settings on the app for Movies & TV. If not, take a look at your accessibility settings
on the Xbox One itself.

It's possible it's the narration from the movie. try pausing it, and bringing up the menu, in the settings there should be an option to turn off narration.

sorry to hear.

I think the narrator on Xbox One was switched on. Please read
"Use the Movies & TV app with narrator on Xbox One" to turn off.

If the movie had a menu before you started it, check the audio settings, there might be an option in there to turn off the narrator.

Ok, so no one has helped with the question. Reminding you this is bout a 360 console! Not xbox1!! How do you turn off the announcer/narrator. Talking during a purchased microsoft movie. You cant turn it off through closed captions settings. You cant turn
it off by holding your home screen button?? If its through app settings, how do you find that? Nothing is popping up.
