    Turning my points into money


    I have 6500 credits in my account that have been there since 8/20/17 and I don't want to lose them. I really want those points transferred into my account so I don't have to build them up again.

    I'll have enought points to converts into money since the end of march but the option isn't available.

    Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
    the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 19th, you should expect a deposit in the mid-month deposit in January.
