Hi, BostonMikolowski! thank you for reaching out.

My name is AJ, I'm an Independent Advisor for the Xbox Community.

I'm afraid the only way to reach Xbox's Enforcement team is by submitting a case review for your enforcement action. This support page explains in good detail how to submit a case review, as well as the requirements for it:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-onli...

    * Note: Permanent account or device bans can't be lifted.

Additionally, I'm attaching some links to support pages with useful information regarding Xbox Network enforcement actions.

    - Types of Xbox Network enforcement actions:

Why is Xbox support ignoring me...

The Enforcement team will only reply to questions based on suspensions and bans. Besides support there is nobody else to turn to.

Hello, only enforcement.com handles bans and suspensions. If they gave you the option to appeal you have a chance to over turn the ruling. If not then its perm sorry.
