Turned on XBOXONE can't successfully complete update so can't change IP address?

You can't do that in this case I'm afraid, you can't change your WAN ip addresses yourself

Hello i have already Xbox Device Portal and i have the same issue.

i noticed the next day of activating developer mode that the ip of my console,the same and the address of my remote access its change.

I tried to access by the stantard address https://xboxone:11443 and i got it yesterday

but today i'm not.So i can't have access anymore.

Tried that.....Xbox can't connect to internet after manually changing the IP. Error reading "Cannot Get an IP Address"

Thank you for keeping us updated. We recommend setting up a static IP before completing the port forwarding process. This ensures that the IP address that the ports are open for remain open. If the IP address is dynamic, the changes to port forwarding will
work until the IP address of the console changes. We recommend to disable UPnP and DMZ before port forwarding is completed. Let us know the results!
