Turned on my game and it says “something went wrong “ system error: E208 00000570 00000000...

For the E208 error, we will be needing to reset the console keeping games and apps through Xbox Troubleshooter, however, doing this will erase the profiles on the console including Home Xbox designation but will not remove any installed games & apps on your console. You can download your profile back after the reset.

Once you're ready, turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds and then plug the console power cable back in. Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".

Edit: now when I turn the console on - Something went wrong restart this Xbox box troubleshoot system error E200 000000074 00000000

And now it comes up with 'Something went wrong'

System Error E105 00000000 8007045D

Asking me to Restarts the Xbox or Troubleshoot ?????

These were the system errors I was getting E200 000000EF 00000000 and E105 00000000 8007045D. My Xbox One X would freeze and it the loading screen for the Xbox One X chip video would be lagging and out of sync with audio and video. I would also get something
went wrong errors and syncing problems.
