Turned off during factory reset

I have been having issues playing games with friends, for about a week or so now, its been slow, freezing etc. I decided to Factory Reset the console while keeping the games and about half an hour later it felt like nothing had be done. I turned off the system and unplugged the power cord for a few minutes, plugged it back in and turned it on, my tv had not turned on and decided to turn it on, it has been an hour since then and it is slow woth the Factory Reset. It has been going on for 90 minutes or so and just reached 51%.

Thanks for the information. May I know if the console reached a higher update % or still the same?

If it's still the same, try to do a physical power cycle

"Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.
Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on."

Let's try waiting in this case a while.

If in the end you see that the update does not continue to progress. Try to free up space on your PC (at least 8GB) and perform the offline update

That will not be possible because i do not have enoguh room on my computer to even think abotu attempting it. On the plus side it did reach 68% abotu 5 minutes ago
