    Turn off vibration on a wired Xbox 360 controller??


    Is there any way to turn off vibration on an Xbox 360 controller?? I am playing Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 and there is no option for turning off vibration in game. I hate it especially when it does the really hard rumbles as my Gran is sleeping in the room
    next to me and I hope it doesn't wake her.

    I've tried downloading the "Xbox Accessories" program but when I loaded it up, to my surprise all it says is "Connect an Xbox One controller to start", thanks Microsoft, thats a big fat help. I don't want to resort to taking the controller apart, as I don't
    usually have this problem in other games but all of the Lego games seem to not have the option.

    For a Xbox 360 controller, I think it is not possible to turn off vibration on general. You will need to enter each game settings and turn off vibration there. Usually all games have a setting to turn vibration on or off.

    You could use the Xbox Accessories app to turn the vibration off but it is not compatible with Xbox 360 controllers.

    Hey there Sun and Dream! If you are talking about the Vibration function of the Xbox 360 Controller, no there is no setting to change the intensity of the Vibration, only the option to turn in on or off. I hope this helps!

    Yes I know this is a couple years old, but turning off the vibration needs to be added to the console. I'm an older gamer with severe arthritis, and no cartilage left in my hands, even a few seconds of vibration really hurts. As of now the only way to fix
    this is by cutting the wires to the controller, I don't want to do this, but with games like the Borderlands collection where you can turn off bullet vibration but not any other kind leaves this unplayable for me, and I'm sure many others. Please Microsoft
    give us the same option we have on the 360 and let us turn off vibration at the console.
