    Turn off accessibility setting for visual impartment


    Xbox media player on most movies is playing audio description for visually impairment. The voice is describing everything on screen. This does not happen at all when using VLC another player.

    Have followed another thread, but no solution provided.

    This error happens because your organization’s admin has turned off map and filled map visuals in Power BI settings.

    To fix it, your Microsoft 365 admin needs to turn the feature back on. Without this, you won’t be able to use map visuals, even in Desktop mode, since they rely on the same online services that are blocked by this setting.

    Other users on a console with the high-contrast setting enabled can’t display their color or preferred background

    High contrast is an Xbox One console-wide setting that prevents users from customizing some visual elements of their experience. This can be confusing for people who did not enable this feature themselves but are on a console shared by multiple users.

    Solution: Turn off high contrast

    Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

    Note Double-tapping the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.Select Settings.Select All Settings.Scroll down to Ease of Access, and then select High contrast.Turn the option off.

    High-contrast setting is not applying to the background of the guide

    Following a system update, the high-contrast setting may not apply properly to the guide

    I used voice command "Xbox Go to Settings" then turned off High Contrast. This Fixed my problem.

    Yes I turned off the vibration in the ease of access settings. But when I hard reset my console and it still wouldnt vibrate, I checked the ease of access settings and turned vibration off 3 or 4 times. Nothing.
