Turn my Profile into Online

Amigo tenta excluir seu perfil e depoos coloca o baixar novamente, e ver se da certo.

The problem was that my profile was Appear offline and I turned it Online and now it works .

but I don't know why my profile turns offline automatically !

Your gamer tag profile must have been corrupted or something did you have an offline profile that you then turned into an online one if so that is your problem once you turn it into an online one you will loose your offline profile. I hope I answered your

Hello, in addition to doing what the guy says on I would also recommend you to put the profile offline and online then before you turn off put the profile online and unplug for a few minutes

You only need one live subscription on an xbox one as long as the profile that has the live subscription has that console set as their home console.
