Turn 10 moderator harassing me.

I was wondering if there is anything that can be done about the Turn 10 moderator that is harassing me. He has put many of my vinyl groups under review for no reason they do not violate any of the terms of service or code of conduct. I have taken snapshots
of all the vinyl groups he puts under review to prove they do not violate any rules. Because I'm at the share limit I am forced to remove vinyls in order to share more so every time he puts a vinyl under review it forces me to unshare vinyls so I can re-share the
vinyls he put under review. I believe the moderator responsible is [Mod Removed] someone may want to remind him that harassment is against the code of conduct.

Again, I don't believe the this moderator would be so flippant or cavalier if it was him, his family, his friends, and his club mates being harassed and censored!!!

I am looking to speak with the head person for the forums about a problem my brother has with powers to be. It seems he was harassed by another player in the topic he posted and also was not on topic when he was harassing him.
Now I also read the email responce from a moderator. and was said to be abusive. This in fact was not abusive and I belive the harassed player was friends with the moderator. The 2nd post I can understand being abusive but not the first and I belive abusive
of power is here in MS. I also see that the harassed player was not bannned either which is wrong.

This suspicious I can't believe that person who harassed your brother is friends with a moderator, that person who is causing trouble has got hold of a Mod then lied to the Moderator that you or your brother is causing but you
and your brother been falsely accused by the harasser, then you both got into trouble by the moderator. Thats not fair it's not justice, it's just like I was accused by someone called HaloJy for something I didn't do and I get told off by the Moderator who
the troublemaker got me into trouble. Thats why I don't trust moderators because they don't believe me, they believe the troublemakers and they get away with it.

My advice is contact a Xbox live ambassdor they can help you to sort out problems like these and they are helpful than Xbox support.

And that's where the frustration lies I have run out of options Xbox don't handle game suspensions and Turn 10 Studios refuses to answer why I was banned. That it why I'm on the forum I'm trying to get some people to send emails to Turn 10 Studios or go
the Forza forums or their Facebook and get an answer.

See Turn 10 can ignore my emails and my posts but if I can get enough people to hound Turn 10 for answers maybe somebody in Turn 10 will talk to their moderators and stop them from banning people for their believes.

What I did is not against any code of conduct that I know of but the moderator that banned me broke the code of conduct for banning me for my beliefs.

If All men are created equal what gives the moderators the right to break the code of conduct while the rest of us are punished for it?
