Trying to write xbox hardware business proposal

Hello Microsoft!

I would like to write a business proposal to the Partner Hardware Team for a new design for an Xbox controller. However, I can't seem to get the suggested link to work.

The page that points to the link can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/licensed-hardware/proposal

And here is the broken link (submit proposal button):

opportunitymgmtcenter.microsoftcrmportals.com

I tried different browsers and devices but they all say the site cannot be reached. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

Hey Kathy!

I tried to login through Microsoft Docs, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Partner. But none allow to submit a proposal.

I also see you mention the opportunity management center is no longer available, is there an alternative route to contact the licensing hardware team since this is down?

The link to the "Submit a Proposal" found on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/licensed-hardware/proposal appears to be broken. I have tried multiple browsers and all can't connect to the site (https://opportunitymgmtcenter.microsoftcrmportals.com/).

Any help is much appreciated as we are trying to apply for this program. Many thanks!
