    Can`t sync cloud data

    either that or its something to do with the actual game saves in the cloud. the fact is that I CAN get the sync to work if I tether my iphone and use my 4g coverage to sync with the cloud.

    Xbox Series S Controller not working.

    Hey, it's me again. Wanted to add some more information. After trying the steps you listed, I decided to connect the controller to my iPhone via Bluetooth. It successfully connected to my iPhone and was working just fine with cloud gaming. Next I disabled the Bluetooth on my phone and attempted to sync the controller back to my Xbox. It appeared to sync fine with the Xbox but still not working, unable to move or click on anything. Very strange 🤷‍♂️

    I am signed in to the same accounts on both iPhone and PC. Games will not save on iPhone nor PC, even though when possible I attempt to load my save data from the cloud. Cloud storage doesn’t have any saved data regardless of the device I use. I’ve been trying all day long to get it to save my games but it just won’t work

    My Turtle Beach Recon Controller (Designed For Xbox) isnt working on Xbox cloud gaming!

    Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .
