Trying to use my controller on iPhone but this appears, can’t find answers anyone know...

Hello thank you for answering but the problem is I don’t know what Microsoft email was used thats what I need to find out. And when I try and see what accounts are associated with my phone number to try one of those it hides part of the email so I can’t use them

I can’t use a Ethernet port because they aren’t activated.

I’ve already done power cycle and reinstalled app on my iPhone ?

I’m using my iPhone to connect to the Xbox no laptop or pc is involved
